Craftsmanship You Can Put a Name To
Forrester Consulting and Remodeling is led by Auguste Forrester, a licensed and insured contractor in Conway, Arkansas, who has restored homes from the studs out. Whether it is a single repair or a full remodel, you work with the same person from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Know Your Home. Keep It Well.
A house tells you what it needs, if you know how to listen. A small stain on a ceiling, a door that no longer latches, a shifted step. These are the early notes of larger repairs.
A Home Health Assessment is an unhurried walkthrough of your home by a contractor who has built and restored homes from the studs out. We look at the things most people never see, from the attic to the foundation, and pay close attention to safety: railings, lighting, stairs, and the places where a fall could happen.
Afterward, you receive a clear written summary: what needs attention now, what to plan for, and what can simply be watched. No pressure and no alarm. Just an honest account of your home from someone who knows how houses age.
For clients who would like that care to continue, Home Maintenance plans provide regular visits from the same trusted craftsman, so small things are handled before they become large ones.
